The Original "Rascal Robot" Series from 1977 & 1978 had four countries of manufacture and two colour variants:
Taiwan 1977 - Red and Blue
(The carded versions are stamped 1977 on their feet, but the cards are dated 1978)
Japan 1977 - Red and Blue
(The carded versions are stamped 1977 on their feet, but the cards are dated 1978)
USA 1978 - Red and Blue
(No carded version exists, as far as I know they were only sold loose)
China 1978 - Red and Blue
(No carded version exists, as far as I know they were only sold loose)
This listing is for the "Rascal Robot" made in China 1978, with blue/green head and red (orange) arms and legs
Does work - white knob is a bit loose, you have to push it in while winding
