Non-working!!!!
Ok now that is out of the way... :)
It looks new\unused, box in decent shape..Put Batteries in the door under its butt. It wont stay closed nor will it turn on.
Battery Compartment looks super duper clean. That's right duper.. If you can fix it you will have a cute bird with a spiffy hat.
Pics taken of all sides. Pete the Pelican is Vain that way...Yeah , i named him.
Hes about 6.5 inches..
