Vintage Lefton Head Vase Eye lashes Necklace Iridescent

Up for sale is this Lefton head vase. She is about 5 1/2 inches tall. I see no cracks. There is one small spot at the base of her arm, I thought is was a chip, but it also looks like it has a glaze on it. It may have been done in the making. There may be some tiny nicks or crazing due to age/use. Could use a good cleaning.
