Vintage Illco Mickey Mouse Cap'n Mickey's Motorboat- Runs on Floor or in Water

This is a Cap'n Mickey's Motorboat. It is an Illco pre-school toy. You wind it up and it runs on a floor or in water. The characters move while it is running. It is in excellent condition and does work (I tried it on the floor). It does come with the box but there isn't anything holding it in the box. The box has some wear and damage.
