Vintage ALPS Japan Wind Up Toy Policeman Head Moves Side to Side. Some sort of rubber like plastic of a policeman when wound up moves his head from side to side. Bottom has Alps makers mark and on back by wind up key says Made in Japan. Policeman toy measures approx. 5¾” tall.
