2. The Buyer shall pay shipping cost for returning the item and shall provide the seller with tracking No. of the shipment.
3. Seller shall pay back thru PayPal after checking the returned item's condition.

returned item was different from when it was originally shipped out to the buyer and/or the item was returned with damage, please understand that the seller may not be able to issue a full refund to the buyer in such cases
