Below is the item number for a speed reducer you can ad "to my kit" to control/limit the top speed if needed for beginners..The reducer will not work with the stock style on off controllers.
This ad is for the controller and throttle kit for the Rambler 12 to make it variable speed instead of full throttle/off..

Bought your new rambler 12 and found out it has a dangerous full throttle / off style throttle with no variable speed?
It was a problem we have solved with this kit. This is a aftermarket controller and won't lign up to both mounting screws but it fits nicely and comes with zip ties to hold the other side.
This is for 24volt only and can not be ran in 36volts or you will fry it, we sell 36v kits but this isn't it!
This is a 500 watt controller for more
torque and variable speed.
This controller kit will come with the #5 unless you send a note "At Checkout" and click "ad" message after you type it and include a simple # that is in each picture of the throttle you want.. If you send it afterwards threw emails don't be upset if it comes as pictured. YOU MUST INCLUDE THE NOTE WITH THE ORDER AT CHECKOUT.
Our kit has outputs for taillights and brake lights. If you buy our headlight kit it comes with a pigtail to reconnect your taillights and you connect the headlight to the taillight output , which is in the directions when you get our headlight kit.

How does a controller kit make a scooter faster?
Answer- Most controllers are under-rated and under-volted.
The factory controller was rated at 250 watts,24 volts..If you check the stock controller it actually puts out 22.3 volts to the motor (remember the motor will run off 12 volts but just not at full power and will run up to 36volts-overvolted)..Our controller set-up puts out 25.6 volts to the motor at full throttle which is what most efficient hi quality controllers should do..The batteries at full charge put out 13.3-13.6 volts..
