    Description

    This rare coin has Queen Elizabeth on the front. The coin was designed by Christopher Ironside, and was in use from 1971 to 2008. The reverse image is "the Badge of the Prince of Wales: a plume of ostrich feathers within a coronet, above the German motto ICH DIEN ("I serve"). The numeral "2" is written below the badge. This 1971coin states "New Pence" on the reverse, deeming it a rare coin find.
