An Uncirculated 1 Pound coin. The nickel-brass coin (70Cu-5.5Ni-24.5Zn) weighs 9.50 grams and measures 22.50 mm.
Very thick coin (3.15mm) with BAILIWICK OF GUERNSEY along the edge.
The reverse design features the HMS Crescent. In 1793, under the command of Captain James Saumarez, she singlehandedly captured the French frigate La Reunion.
The front features the Guernsey Coat of arms.
Coin housed in inert plastic baggie intended for short-term storage.

The coins are packaged between two pieces of cardboard, or card stock paper.
