1974 Ideal Think & Learn Toot-Loo-Steamboat Clear Wind Up Whistling Toy Boat.
The boat looks great for age and has the Think & Learn sticker still on it. Everything works but the whistle. You can see everything inside and the bellows snapped, so if you open her up it could be an easy fix. All the gears are good so it drives and opens up the toot as she goes. We have Train for sale as well if you want to combine shipping.
